We are producers of Helix Aspersa Muller snails in the town of El Pedernoso (Cuenca, Spain) and have launched three lines of canned goods that have been very well received. Our entire process is artisanal, from breeding, fattening, and harvesting the snails to making the sauce, packaging, and labeling.
